It is suitable for reinforcing and repairing metal, fiberglass, and wood doors. Made from durable stainless steel, the reinforcer comes in a natural stainless steel finish and includes all necessary mounting hardware for quick installation. The pre-punched plate is designed to fit snugly on 1-3/8 inch thick doors with mortise or drive-in latches. It measures 3-7/8 inches wide by 4-1/2 inches tall, accommodating key-in knob locksets on doors with a 2-1/8 inch bore size and a 2-3/8 inch backset.
